How To Build Your Networking Business….

 

So you are building your networking business. You are working hard and getting a few people and some even buy some product from you…….but then it happens………they stop or …..they do not duplicate and build themselves. And you cannot figure out why?

Could it be that you are recruiting the wrong people? Could it be that you are getting people who are customers, (which is a good thing), who are people that have no interest in building a business but just want to use the products? But you are wanting them to be affiliates and build?

You are recruiting the wrong people. When you are looking for someone who will build a business, you must look for one of two things……..

You must look for people that have a dream and desire to change their life from what it is now to what they envision it to be!

Or……….

Instead of recruiting rookies…………recruit veteran networkers!

The people who make what is called “Big Money” in the MLM or Networking business all do the two things listed above.

The rest of the people in the industry, about 90% of them, do not!

So there you are……you are recruiting people who are customers only and you are expecting them to be builders or they get in and make no money and the next thing you know, they are doing another networking program……….let take a look at some facts!

How about some FACTS:

FACT #1: Most distributors are making little or no money with their current program.

FACT #2: Most distributors will look at another program if they think it can offer them a better opportunity than the program they are with.

So how do you stop this from happening?………………

First of all….learn how to tell the difference between a customer and an affiliate or distributor.

Here’s how……………

When you lead with product……you most likely are going to get a customer, ( and that is a good thing as you make a great income from customers as well), but they will not duplicate……as they are product users only and you are having to do all the work! That is called linear income.

When you lead with dream building or making money……..you are most likely to get people who want to join and build a business. They will duplicate because they know that is what it takes to increase their income potential and build a big business.

So…….where do you find these two groups of people?

First the customers…….they are all around you. These are people who want to change some aspect of their health. Be it, weight loss, energy, sickness or just a general all around feel better in life…….they are standing next to you everywhere. All you have to do is say the right words and get them to ask you for more information.

Second……..Builders……..people who will get in and recruit others…….they too are all around you, but they will respond to making more money………..PERIOD! There are 2 ways to get them………….

1. Dream build……….talk to them…..listen to what their problem or desire is and show them the solution with your program. This method takes a bit longer but is a good way to get good solid people who want to work.

2. Go after Veteran Networkers! Yes…..you heard me right. Contact people with other companies and show them what you have. I know……your thinking….why would they look at my company when they are already in another one. Some of them won’t…………and that is called sorting…But some of them will and they do so because no matter what the hype is out there, they are not making the money they want to make.

The above two factors are used by every person in networking who has or are now making money in the industry. In other words, they have learned to differentiate between a customer and an affiliate. If you do not learn that first……….you will be wasting all your time with customers trying to get them to be builders and it will never work.

That is the biggest secret….once you learn this………your business will grow. People will stay with you as they will be making money. The only reasons people leave your company or start doing anther one on the side, is because they just do not like your company or product at all……(which is rare)……or they are not making money!!! Do not kid yourself……yes we are in this business because we love our products and that is important……but you are here working the business end of it BECAUSE YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY!

Never be sheepish or embarrassed about that. Money is what we need to do anything in this world of ours. From just plain living to having more abundance. So if you want to be successful in networking……..you must have a desire to make more money and you must go after people who are builders and recruiters and the best place to find them is other networkers………….

OK…….so now you are saying……”But, isn’t that cross recruiting?”…………….the answer is NO!!!

The only times its cross recruiting is if you are in the same companies…….and try to take one group from company A and recruit them into your Company B………….in other words, you have to be in both companies……..then it is cross recruiting. But if you are not in the company that the others are in…….that is simple called prospecting……..and is absolutely fine!

I have sponsored, at least so far, less people in Basic Reset than many……..yet I make more money! How is that do you suppose?

The answer is 2 fold……………number one I am focused….I do not and have never spread myself thin by trying to promote more than one company at a time……….yes, you can make some money doing that, but in the end it will not work because you will have no loyalty as people will not believe you……..they will not trust you and they will leave you…..and……….you cannot serve two masters.

Second……..I have learned how to tell the difference between a customer and an affiliate……….and I recruit affiliates only. Yes I get customers, but I spend no time trying to convince them to become affiliates. If that is going to happen, it will on its own……I have to do anything. They will come to me and ask how to make money and that is when the magic happens there.

If you will learn the lessons above…….you will find that your business will grow………its worked for me once I learned them. My first few years in the business, I failed…….then I learned and became successful. Do not wait years like I did…..learn now and by-pass those wasted years……………..
